New Adventure with Family and Friends

Many of you know my wife, Carol, as "Miss" or Paradise Lady—the namesake of our boat. We recently enjoyed a great day on the Intracoastal Waterway to Mayport with our friends, Captain Elio and his wife, Leticia. Our trip included a little fishing (the ladies caught the most!), sightseeing around Mayport, and a stop at Palms Fish Camp—because none of us wanted to cook! Captain Elio and Leticia own a 2024 Key West 239DFS, just like mine, and he’ll be joining me for rentals, captaining, and assisting when we need two boats. If you’ve toured with me in St. Augustine and want something different, our Jacksonville Intracoastal trips offer a fun alternative—with the option to stop at a great waterfront restaurant. We also offer Downtown Jacksonville boat tours for those looking to experience the city from the water.

A West Coast Adventure & Wildlife Encounter

My wife and I recently traveled to San Diego and took a whale and dolphin tour in Oceanside. The boat held about 60 people, and we went 5 to 7 miles out to sea. Unfortunately, just as we left the marina, the fog rolled in, making it impossible to see any wildlife. The crew graciously rescheduled our tickets for another time—I can’t wait to go back and hopefully spot a Fin Whale, one of the largest whales in the world.

A Little Something for Star Wars Fans…

On our trip, I came across a small pizza shop in Ramona, California, run by a huge Star Wars fan. She tried to explain the story behind this picture she had displayed, but I was lost! However, a family member who is a big fan recognized it immediately. So for all of you true Star Wars fans, here’s a little something fun!

The water temperature has already risen by nearly 20 degrees, which means floating and relaxing season is almost here! I always carry six floating tubes for island stops, perfect for unwinding and lowering your blood pressure in the sunshine. 🌞 Keep in mind that spring bookings fill up fast, so plan ahead!
